Maintenance
We provide basic bike maintenance for customers at our cafe. We also guide customers as to the best position and safe operation of the bike, so even beginners can ride with confidence.

Is there a cancellation fee for bike rentals and tours？
- Cancellation is free of charge until 1 day before your booking. Same day cancellation or same-day partial cancellation will incur 100% of the rental fee.

Is same day cancellation possible？
- The cancellation fee will only be waived in exceptional circumstances such as bad weather.

Can I extend my rental time？
- If there are no other reservations, it is possible.

What type of clothing should I wear？
- Please wear clothes suitable for exercise. Some clothing item such as cycling gloves are available for rent also.

Can you deliver my bike to the hotel？
- Yes. Once approved by the hotel, we will transport your bike(s) to the designated location. Transportation costs depend on the location of the hotel.

What should I do if I have a breakdown？
- If you have a puncture en route, please use the spare tube and tools supplied. Cost of tube will be charged seperately.

What should I do if my dog pees on the dog trailer？
- When using the trailer please use a cushion your dog will be familiar with. An absorbent sheet will be laid on the bottom of the triler and the cushion placed on top of it.

What should I do if I have an accident？
- In the unlikely event of an accident, please give first priority to the injured person and contact the emergency services before reporting to our shop.
